Mary Ruth Farrar

Funeral service for Mary Ruth Farrar, 79 of Cameron took place Saturday, Nov. 26, 2022, at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau with Bro. Travis Cook officiating.

Pallbearers were Mike Carter, Ryan Carter, Zachary Clain, Garett Ford, Daylon Duncan and Kale Haney.

Honorary pallbearer was Johnnie Farrar.

Burial took place at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Cameron under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home.

Mary Ruth was born June 18, 1943, in Bishop, Va., to Martha Jane (Mathena) Cunningham and Harold Cunningham and passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2022, in Cameron.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sonny Farrar, parents Harold and Martha Cunningham and sisters Shirley Goforth and Linda Barnes.

Survivors include daughters Angie Carter and husband Mike and Connie Robinson, grandchildren Zachary Clain and wife Brenna, Ryan Carter, Yabria Ford and husband Garett and Lexi Haney and husband Kale, great-granddaughter Ember Mitchell, sister Jeanie Evans, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.
