Mark-ing His Retirement

Sen. Mark Allen of Spiro, left, had a retirement celebration take place in his honor Tuesday afternoon and early evening at the Donald W. Reynolds Communitu Center as he will be retiring when his current term runs out. Sharing in the festivities were, from left, Sen.
